The four-star duplex vacation apartment is approximately 120 square meters in size and accommodates up to four people. The two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180 cm sleeping surface), the large living room—furnished with a couch, a reading chair, a small desk, and a TV—and a fireplace are located on the upper floor. The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub with a whirlpool function, a toilet, and a shower. There is also a separate shower right next to the sauna. The sauna is available for an additional fee—please bring your own sauna towels. An outdoor gallery on the upper floor runs along the entire front of the house; it can be accessed from all living and sleeping areas through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and offers distant and ocean views toward South Beach. The sunroom on the upper floor can be accessed from the living room through sliding glass doors. Except in late fall and winter, the outdoor gallery is also furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge-freezer, as well as a guest restroom. The dining area is also located here, as well as a seating area in the sunroom, which can be accessed through the sliding glass doors. The kitchen is heated by underfloor heating. From here, you can step out onto the small terrace and the large lawn in front of it. Sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and a parking space are provided. Bicycles must be parked outside on the property without exception.
